Erasmus+ CLICHE partners made SWOT analyses and wrote future-oriented vision-mission-action plans with regard to the capitalization of their local ICH.
In the context of ICH valorization, one of the goals of the programme is/was to make our regions more competitive by making regional products, attractions and services a driver of sustainability and also safeguard and transfer this legacy to future generations.
SWOT analyses helped us analyze the actual situation, focus on our strengths and weaknesses, take the greatest possible advantage of opportunities and look for concrete activities to get us closer to our vision.
A feasible VISION can help in an augmented sense of identity and continuity, a pro-entrepreneurship climate, while in the long run, it can help with reduction of unemployment or brain drain.
Important questions to consider are:
-Does our local ICH highlight the character and strengthen the image of our region?
-Does it support the local markets, entrepreneurial spirit, innovation?
-Where do we want our communities to be in 10/20 years?
-What are the activities which integrate ICH into modern life?
